S. Aaron Tenenbaum, principal attorney, attended undergraduate studies in the Russian Federation and graduated from DePaul University College of Law. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar and licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1998.
When Tenenbaum Law Group, a d/b/a of Slava Aaron Tenenbaum, Chartered, was created in 1999, he focused largely on representing those wrongfully injured by others and held drivers and property owners accountable for their negligent actions or failure to act.
Attorney Tenenbaum comprehensively evaluates and finds unique solutions for each client’s individual situation, often involving various legal implications. In 2002, attorney Tenenbaum received a Distinguished Service Award from the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS) Foundation.

Attorney Dmitry Polyakov exclusively practices personal injury law at Tenenbaum Law Group. He has worked extensively in matters involving motor vehicles, dram shop, construction injuries, intentional torts, premises liability and other personal injury matters. He represents injured clients and their families throughout the State of Illinois and regularly recovers successful settlements and verdicts on their behalf.
Prior to joining Tenenbaum Law Group in 2014, Mr. Polyakov spent years working for a Chicago based law firm whose practice was devoted entirely to personal injury defense and insurance litigation. There, Mr. Polyakov counseled and protected the interests of his clients, which included corporations, insurance companies and insured individuals. He handled all forms of dispute resolution and provided proactive counsel that helped minimize and manage risk in a broad array of areas.
Mr. Polyakov is a member of the Chicago Bar Association. He earned his J.D. in 2008 from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his B.A., Magna cum laude, in 2005 from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he was Phi Kappa Phi. He is admitted to the bars of the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois
Years of intense general civil practice have given Victor a wide array of interests and a unique breadth of skill. From personal injury jury trials to transportation insurance defense work, Victor has successfully delivered closing arguments for a verdict of six figures and also successfully defended against a claim for $1.5 million in premiums.
In the coming years, Victor plans to work to further hone his Transportation Litigation skills while maintaining his Civil Trial acumen. Victor is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Law and the Metropolitan State University of Denver. A native Coloradan, Victor enjoys the outdoors and live music.
Experienced personal injury paralegal, Tomasz Czarnota graduated with law degree from the University of Szczecin, Republic of Poland. He further obtained Master in Law (LL.M.) degree from the Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to moving to Illinois, Tomasz worked for a large personal injury firm in the State of Ohio.
